If you have taken a photograph of a building with a wide-angle lens, you can intuitively use the Vertical\/Horizontal correction tool on the preview to correct the perspective of interest.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to show the SILKYPIX&#8217;s Perspective correction tool!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">About\u00a0The Perspective correction tool<\/span><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1603 aligncenter\" src=\"\/en\/files\/media\/2020\/03\/yugami1.png\" alt=\"The Perspective correction tool_1\" width=\"1200\" height=\"729\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When you wanted to correct the distortion of the perspective, you have rotated the image by the Rotation\/Shift lens effect.\u00a0The new SILKYPIX Developer Studio Pro10 is equipped with the Perspective correction tool of the Rotation\/Shift lens effect to make it easier to manually correct the perspective.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1605 aligncenter\" src=\"\/en\/files\/media\/2020\/03\/yugami2.png\" alt=\"The Perspective correction tool_2\" width=\"1200\" height=\"730\" \/><\/p>\n<p>First, make sure that the section of the main window is the \u201cAdjustment\u201d section.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.silkypix.com\/en\/how-to\/article\/function\/1440\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here for Main window section switching.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Perspective correction tool is added to the Rotation\/Shift lens effectin in sub-control.\u00a0You know that the toolbar above contains icons.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1607\" src=\"\/en\/files\/media\/2020\/03\/yugamipara.png\" alt=\"The Perspective correction tool\" width=\"230\" height=\"116\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There are three types of The Perspective correction tool available: The Perspective correction tool, horizontal, and vertical.\u00a0When you click, the line (circle handle) appears on the preview. Drag the circle handle to make the line follow the building you want to correct.\u00a0Once the line is positioned, <strong>double-click on the preview<\/strong> to perform the correction.<\/p>\n<p>This example uses the Perspective correction tool (vertical).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1609 aligncenter\" src=\"\/en\/files\/media\/2020\/04\/yugami3.png\" alt=\"The Perspective correction tool_3\" width=\"1200\" height=\"722\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After the correction, the rear building was straightened.\u00a0Grid lines were displayed for confirmation.\u00a0The grid lines can be displayed by pressing [Ctrl]-[G] on the keyboard.<\/p>\n<p>An image is rotated and cropped to the same aspect ratio of the image, and then the rotated image is enlarged to the same size of the image.
